Our eclectic 1000 sqft warehouse space was thoughtfully designed with gatherings in mind. We created a versatile, modular floor-plan that reconfigures in a snap. Our amenities are curated for function, comfort, and ease-of-use. Our 14 foot ceilings, sprawling live plant collection, and loads of natural light lend the space a fresh, airy, modern vibe. Neighboring businesses include everything from dining to retail, and there's plenty of free, direct parking. CLASS is the place to be. INSTRUCTOR RATES FOR HOSTING PUBLIC CLASSES

Weekday: $55/hr

Weekend: $100/hr

*Instructors are responsible for clean up

GENERAL RATES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS + OTHER PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

Weekday up to 30 people: $100/hr

Weekday up to 50 people: $125/hr

Weekend up to 30 people: $125/hr

Weekend up to 50 people: $150/hr

Cleaning fees: +$50 for groups up to 30 people / +$75 for groups up to 50 people

All rentals through end of year 2023 include complimentary professional furniture staging on request. This service is done by our team on the day of your event prior to your event start.
